Vitamin K belongs to the group of fat-soluble vitamins. It occurs in 2 different forms: Plants, especially green leafy vegetables, form what is known as vitamin K1 (phylloquinone), which can be absorbed through food and is partially converted into vitamin K2. Vitamin K2 (menaquinone-7), on the other hand, is produced by the bacteria in our intestinal flora.
This vitamin is important for numerous functions of the human organism and fulfils the following functions:

- Adults: Take 1 x 1 capsule daily with liquid.
- Note: When taking coumarin-type anticoagulants, use is only recommended after consulting a doctor.

- Composition: bulking agent: mannitol (may have a laxative effect if consumed in excess!); capsule shell: gelatine; colouring agent in the capsule shell: titanium dioxide; phytomenadione (2 %) (glucose syrup, gum arabic, phytomenadione, tricalcium phosphate); anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids
