Vitamin B12 500 µg GPH capsules contain the natural B12 form "methylcobalamin". This is also found in many foods, especially in milk and cheese. Vitamin B12 can be stored in the body. This means that it can always fall back on it. However, due to various life circumstances, the body may not be able to absorb enough of it. Vegans in particular, who do not consume any animal products, are therefore often deficient in this source.
