They have long been used as an ancient household remedy due to their balancing and beneficial properties. Directions
Adults: Take 1 - 2 capsules daily approx. 1 hour before going to bed with liquid.
Ingredients
- Ingredients: bulking agent: mannitol (may have a laxative effect if consumed in excess!); valerian root extract (valerian extract, maltodextrin, silicon dioxide); hop blossom extract; capsule shell: cellulose; colouring agent in the capsule shell: titanium dioxide.
- Composition per 1 capsule: 133 mg valerian root extract and 30 mg hop blossom extract.
