Magnesium is an electrolyte that is essential for the human body. It helps to optimise the interaction between nerves and muscles, plays a role in regulating blood sugar levels and maintains the body’s electrolyte balance. A magnesium deficiency can manifest itself, for example, in muscle cramps (particularly calf cramps), gastrointestinal complaints, tiredness, headaches, nervousness and brittle fingernails. A balanced diet is important to ensure that your daily magnesium requirements are met. In certain life situations, there is an increased need for magnesium; to meet this, a dietary supplement such as Magnesium Chelate 75 mg GPH capsules may be beneficial. In this formulation, magnesium is present in the form of magnesium chelates. This allows it to reach the gut unharmed and be absorbed into the cells there.

Adults: take 1 capsule up to 5 times a day with liquid.

Ingredients
  • Ingredients: buffered magnesium bisglycinate (magnesium bisglycinate, magnesium oxide, citric acid, maltodextrin, silicon dioxide); bulking agent: mannitol (may have a laxative effect if consumed in excess!), Capsule shell: gelatine; colouring agent in the capsule shell: titanium dioxide.
