Gall Pharma Liver-Gallbladder Fit capsules are a dietary supplement with milk thistle seed extract, curcuma root extract, peppermint leaf extract, boldo leaf extract and dandelion root extract.

The liver and gallbladder work closely together. The liver is the largest gland in the human body and the metabolic organ par excellence. It utilises and stores food components and passes them on to the body's cells as required. It produces proteins that are important for blood clotting and the immune system, for example, and regulates the hormone system. It is also responsible for the detoxification and excretion of harmful substances. This gland has to cope with harmful substances such as alcohol, medication and environmental toxins like no other organ. For this purpose, it produces up to one litre of bile per day and passes it on to the gallbladder. Functioning co-operation between the liver and bile is crucial for fat metabolism, vitamin absorption and cholesterol excretion. A high-fat diet, excessive alcohol consumption and lack of exercise put a strain on our liver-bile system.

Liver-Bile-Fit capsules contain herbal extracts from milk thistle seeds, curcuma roots, peppermint leaves, boldo leaves and dandelion roots. • Composition per daily dose (3 capsules): 150 mg dandelion root extract, 165 mg boldo leaf extract, 180 mg peppermint leaf extract, 195 mg curcuma root extract and 375 mg milk thistle seed extract.
