Lemon balm is used wherever rhythmic processes are impaired, such as in the case of an irregular heartbeat. The pleasant flavour of lemon balm helps you to calm down and helps you to sleep well. This is thanks to ingredients such as citral, citronellal, tannins and flavonoids. The stomach and intestines also benefit from the balancing properties of lemon balm and can relax in a beneficial way

Adults: Take 1 - 2 x 1 capsule daily with liquid
Ingredients
- Ingredients: Filler: mannitol (may have a laxative effect if consumed in excess!); lemon balm leaf extract (lemon balm leaf extract, lactose monohydrate, silicon dioxide), capsule shell: gelatine; colouring in the capsule shell: titanium dioxide.
