Gall Pharma Strawberry Capsules are a dietary supplement with 400 mg strawberry fruit powder per capsule. Strawberries can have a positive effect on your health, acting as a free radical scavenger, aiding digestion and strengthening the immune system.

Strawberries consist of 90 % water. This results in a surprisingly low nutritional value of 32 kcal/100 g. In addition to vitamins and minerals, other plant substances have a positive effect on health.

Strawberries contain the following ingredients:

• Vitamin C: radical scavenger, antioxidant and defence booster
• Potassium: important mineral Aspartic acid: drains and detoxifies
• Salicylic acid: anti-inflammatory
• Vitamins: Folic acid, vitamins A, B and carotenoids
• Fibre: beneficial for digestion.
• Minerals: magnesium, zinc, phosphorus

The strawberry (Fragaria vesca) is known as the "queen" of the soft fruit varieties. It grows as a rosette shrub with long runners. Other earlier names include aardberries, mizzenberries, gut berries and hackberries. The fruits are characterised by a high vitamin C and mineral content. The leaves contain tannins. Directions

• Adults: Take 3 - 4 capsules daily with a little liquid at mealtimes.
• Advice: Generally, an abundant fluid intake of at least 2 litres of low-calorie drinks such as mineral water, unsweetened tea etc. per day is recommended.
