- Adults: Take 1 x 1 capsule daily with liquid.
- Advice: DHEA 5 mg capsules should only be taken after consulting a doctor if you are regularly taking medication or suffer from chronic illnesses. Not suitable for pregnant women or breastfeeding mothers.
