Bitter plants such as gentian and centaury are known for their positive and strongly bitter properties. The ingredients of the plants can regulate appetite and digestion. On the one hand, the bitter flavour stimulates salivation and the secretion of digestive juices. On the other hand, they make us feel full more quickly, reduce our appetite for sweets and activate the mucous membranes of the digestive tract. They also create ideal conditions for healthy intestinal flora, which mobilises the body's defences and strengthens the immune system. Yarrow herb, angelica root and bitter orange complement the bitter effect, as they also help to stimulate the digestive juices and support gastrointestinal function.

- Ingredients: Yarrow extract (yarrow, maltodextrin); centaury extract; bulking agent: mannitol (may have a laxative effect if consumed in excess!); gentian root extract, angelica root extract (angelica root extract, maltodextrin, silica), bitter orange extract (bitter orange extract, maltodextrin, silica), capsule shell: gelatine; colouring in the capsule shell: titanium dioxide.
