- myo-inositol, also known as "muscle sugar", is found in small amounts in food and serves as a component of numerous messenger and signalling substances in the human body .It is found in almost all cells and is particularly concentrated in the liver, brain, heart muscle, kidneys and testicles.
- Folic acid is an essential vitamin that plays a role in cell division and contributes to normal haematopoiesis .It also contributes to the reduction of tiredness. Selenium is a trace element and is found in foods such as meat, fish/seafood and eggs (depending on the food source). Brazil nuts from South America , for example, are also considered an excellent source of selenium, as the soil there is richer in selenium than in Europe. Selenium is important for defence functions, but also for the thyroid gland and the formation of sperm.
- L-carnitine is a naturally occurring compound and can be produced by the human body from two amino acids (lysine and methionine) if sufficient protein is consumed .It is found in relevant quantities in foods of animal origin, especially in dark meat such as beef and game. L-carnitine serves as a component of transport and messenger substances and enzymes.
- L-arginine is a semi-essential amino acid that cannot be produced in sufficient quantities by the body in some situations .As an amino acid, arginine is required for the formation of protein.
- Vitamin E is an important vitamin as it can help to protect cells from oxidative stress.

Directions
- Dissolvethe contents of one sachet in a glass of water (200 ml)2 x daily and drink.
- It is recommended to usethe product for at least 3 months , although longer use is also possible.

- Per recommended daily intake (2 sachets % NRV): Folic acid 400 µg (200), vitamin E 60 mg alpha-TE** (500), selenium 110 µg (200), L-arginine 60 mg, L-carnitine 60 mg, myo-inositol 2 g.
- Ingredients: Sugar, myo-inositol, acidifier citric acid, flavouring , DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate (vitamin E), L-carnitine fumarate , emulsifier E473, L-arginine, sweeteners acesulfame K and aspartame, colouring beta-carotene, anti-caking agent silicon dioxide, pteroylmonoglutamic acid (folic acid), sodium selenite. Contains a source of phenylalanine.
