- Glucosamine sulphate: Glucosamine is formed by the body from glucose and the amino acid glutamine. The glucosamine produced in this way plays a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of the cartilage in all joints.
- Chondroitin sulphate: A valuable ingredient that strengthens glucosamine. More importantly, chondroitin protects cartilage from wear and tear by maintaining the balance between key enzymes. Glucosamine and chondroitin therefore complement each other perfectly and are suitable for strengthening weakened joints.
- Methylsulfonylmethane: MSM is a natural source of organic sulfur. MSM (methyl sulphonyl methane) is a naturally occurring metabolic product of sulphur. It is bioavailable to the body and can be easily absorbed.
- Curcumarhizome extract: Prevents bone loss - anti-inflammatory - especially for joint inflammation, reduces joint stiffness - strengthens the cell membrane - stimulates the metabolism, relieves flatulence - reduces intestinal inflammation and much more.
- Boswelia serrata: Boswellic acids inhibit the formation of leukotrienes, the substances that cause inflammation by exacerbating tissue damage caused by free radicals. These acids help clogged blood vessels to function properly again. They also improve blood flow to joints and inflamed tissues. They cause an increased blood supply in the tissue and help to eliminate inflammation.
- Snail protein: This highly concentrated protein is rich in collagen, vitamins A, C and E as well as essential amino acids and makes everything perfect. Collagen is the food of cartilage. Vitamins A, C and E are powerful antioxidants that delay ageing. Snail protein has proven its worth for thousands of years.

How to use
- Take 2 capsules daily with a glass of water.
- Advice: Not recommended in case of obstruction of the bile ducts, cholangitis, liver disease, gallstones and all other biliary diseases. The product should not be consumed if other food supplements containing curcumin and/or curmuminoids are consumed on the same day. The product should not be consumed by persons who have to be treated with coumarin anticoagulants, pregnant women, nursing mothers and children and adolescents under 18 years of age. Persons suffering from impaired glucose tolerance should consult a doctor before using the product; monitoring of blood glucose levels may be necessary. The product must not be consumed by persons who are hypersensitive (allergic) to shellfish or molluscs.

Spürbare Besserung bei Kniearthrose – Geduld zahlt sich aus!
Ich nehme Flex Complex nun schon seit einiger Zeit regelmäßig ein und bin wirklich positiv überrascht. Anfangs war ich etwas skeptisch, da es keine klassischen Schmerztabletten sind, die sofort wirken. Aber nach einigen Wochen der Einnahme habe ich eine deutliche Verbesserung meiner Kniearthrose festgestellt. Die Schmerzen sind spürbar zurückgegangen, vor allem morgens nach dem Aufstehen oder bei längerem Gehen. Ich war bereits kurz davor, eine Operation in Erwägung zu ziehen – doch jetzt habe ich wieder Hoffnung, dass ich diese vielleicht vermeiden kann. Was mir besonders gefällt: Flex Complex ist gut verträglich und ich habe keinerlei Nebenwirkungen bemerkt. Man muss zwar etwas Geduld mitbringen, aber der Effekt lohnt sich absolut. Für alle, die eine natürliche und langfristige Unterstützung suchen, kann ich Flex Complex nur empfehlen!
