The active principle is based on the process of bath osmosis (also known as "alkaline bathing"): If the pH value in the bath water and in the body is very different, it is equalised through the skin. Acids, waste products and toxins that have accumulated in the connective tissue - but also in the musculoskeletal system - are excreted and absorbed by the bathing solution. Regular use gives your body the opportunity to activate its self-healing powers. Muscles become supple and the skin is soothed. Joints and bones are also detoxified and their natural functionality strengthened.

Application tip:

Bathe consistently twice a week. The 1st to 3rd bath should last a maximum of 30 to 45 minutes. From the 4th bath you can extend this to 1 hour. The longer you bathe, the better the effect. After a familiarisation phase, the duration of the bath can be increased to up to 2 hours. Allow the bath water to dry on the skin and scalp as often as possible. Do not shower or wash your hair until a few hours later or the next day. It is best to rest well covered after the bath.

Method of application:

7 measuring spoons for a full bath, bath temperature 37-39 °C. During the bath, gently rub the body several times with your fingers or a soft brush to stimulate detoxification.
