How to use
- Take one tablet a day in the evening before going to bed with plenty of water. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
- Notes: Contains phytoestrogens. If you are trying to conceive, pregnant, breastfeeding, have a history of medical conditions, are under medical supervision, and/or have other concerns or questions, please contact your doctor before taking this dietary supplement to determine if it is suitable for you.
