The sweet dwarf mint, which largely determines the fragrance of the famous Moroccan tea. Its properties are similar to peppermint: uplifting and refreshing for lack of energy and tiredness. Arabian mint is pleasantly refreshing when travelling and in living spaces, and is helpful for lack of concentration. The essential oil of organic mint is suitable for vitalising the room atmosphere and also as a sauna oil.
