EncorMed Zinc + Vitamin C + Citrus Capsules are a food supplement containing zinc, vitamin C and citrus bioflavonoids. These nutrients contribute to the normal function of the immune system and to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.

• Zinc is involved in more than 300 enzyme processes in our body and plays an important role in the specific immune system. Zinc is required for the production of T-cells and killer cells, which can destroy infected cells.
• Vitamin C is probably one of the best-known vitamins. It protects the membranes of immune cells from free radicals that attack cells and tissue in our body. Buffered (slow-release) vitamin C is continuously released into the body over many hours and is very well tolerated by people with sensitive digestion, as it has an almost neutral pH value and therefore does not acidify the stomach.
• Citrus bioflavonoids are regarded as "natural" vitamin boosters and have a strong antioxidant effect (protection against free radicals) in synergy with vitamin C.
