Due to our diet (too little fatty sea fish, excessive consumption of trans fats, hydrogenated oils, animal fats), the intake of fish oils has enormous and versatile positive effects on our general state of health.
EncorMed® Active Omega 3 contains the standardised omega 3 fatty acids EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid). They belong to the polyunsaturated fatty acids that have a heart-protective property, contribute to the maintenance of normal blood pressure and are important building blocks of nerve cells (myelin sheaths).

- Take 1 capsule 2 x daily before a meal with a little liquid.
