- Highly dosed with 100 mg coenzyme Q10 - only 1x daily
- For healthy heart function (thiamine)
- Reduces tiredness and fatigue (vitamin B12)
- Dissolved in oil for better absorption
- Coenzyme Q10: With increasing age and as a result of taking cholesterol-lowering drugs (statins), the body's own production of coenzyme Q10 is reduced. This leads to a reduced supply of energy.
- Thiamine contributes to normal heart function.
- Vitamin B12 also makes an important contribution to reducing tiredness and fatigue. Together with vitamin B12, it also contributes to normal energy metabolism.
Dosage form
Directions
- Take 1 capsule daily unchewed with a little liquid, preferably with or after a meal. If there is an increased requirement, the intake can be increased to 2 capsules in the first 2 weeks.
- Notes: Coenzyme Q10 is structurally similar to the fat-soluble vitamin K2 and could reduce the effectiveness of certain anticoagulant drugs (anticoagulants from the vitamin K antagonist group such as Marcumar). However, this could not be confirmed in a clinical study with 100 mg coenzyme Q10.1 Nevertheless, we recommend checking your blood coagulation values if you are taking it at the same time as vitamin K antagonists. Ask your doctor about this. 1 Jytte Engelsen, Jørn Dalsgaard Nielsen, Kaj Flemming Winther Hansen.
