Lactacholine with choline and B vitamins
Lactacholine with L-(+)-lactic acid from dairy-free fermentation, choline and B vitamins optimally supports energy, fat and homocysteine metabolism as well as the maintenance of normal liver function. Homocysteine is a protein breakdown product that the body needs vitamins B6 and B12 as well as choline to metabolise
The nutrients in Lactacholine can make the following scientifically proven health contribution to normal body function, among other things:
- Maintenance of liver function - choline
- Fat metabolism - choline (construction of cell membranes, transport and metabolism of fat and cholesterol)
- Homocysteine metabolism - choline, vitamins B6 and B12
- Energy metabolism and reduction of fatigue - vitamins B2, B6, B12 and niacin
- Mental function and nervous system - vitamins B1, B6, B12 and niacin
- Maintenance of skin and mucous membranes - vitamin B2 and niacin
- Heart function - vitamin B1
- Immune system - vitamins B6 and B12
Choline (formerly vitamin B4)
Choline was previously also known as vitamin B4. Adequate choline intake should be ensured, especially during pregnancy and breastfeeding, with regular alcohol consumption and with a vegetarian or vegan diet. Only 10 % of adolescents and adults in the USA reach the daily recommended intake of 450-550 mg (unfortunately no data is available for Germany).
