Directions for use
- Dissolve 1 level measuring spoon (4.5 g) in 300 ml of low-sodium water or sparkling water 1 to 2 times a day. Best taken with meals. Please shake well before opening! May have a laxative effect if consumed in excess.
- Warning: Do not use without consulting a doctor if you have (medication-induced) disturbances in potassium balance, alkalosis, hyperkalaemia or kidney failure. The full daily dose (= 2 servings) is suitable for people aged 15 and over. If you take the full daily dose, you do not need any further dietary supplements containing calcium or zinc.
