Dr Ehrenberger’s Triphala Extract Capsules are a natural dietary supplement made from the three Indian fruits amalaki, bibhitaki and haritaki. Triphala has been used in Ayurvedic medicine for centuries.

The classic Ayurvedic formula consists of the extract of three very bitter fruits. It is fair to say that billions of Indians have been taking Triphala for thousands of years. It is best taken in the evening and together with fibre. This is because the bitter extract – don’t worry, it’s also available in capsules – has a particularly intense effect overnight. Triphala is said to bring the three doshas – Vata, Pitta and Kapha – into balance.
