Resveratrol is mainly found in red wine and is an important component of the so-called Mediterranean diet. Intermittent fasting and resveratrol

Intermittent fasting is particularly suitable here. This involves only eating for a period of 8 hours (approximately between 10:00 and 18:00) - ideally as 2 meals - and fasting for the remaining 16 hours (overnight). During fasting, repair mechanisms (anti-ageing) are initiated that can prevent age-related diseases.

Resveratrol has also shown similar effects in in-vitro studies and is therefore ideal as a supplement.

How to use

Take one tablet daily unchewed with a little liquid, preferably after a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
