Magnesium – Potassium – Vitamin C 

• Magnesium makes a valuable contribution to normal energy metabolism and supports the normal function of muscles and nerves. It helps maintain electrolyte balance and can help reduce tiredness and fatigue. 
• Potassium contributes to normal muscle function and to the maintenance of normal blood pressure, but is also important for the healthy functioning of the nervous system. 
• Vitamin C protects cells from oxidative stress caused by free radicals. Free radicals are aggressive oxygen compounds that are produced in greater quantities in the body during exertion, e.g. during physical exercise.

Directions for use

Take up to 3 sticks throughout the day as required. Tear open the sticks along the perforation and allow the granules to dissolve directly on the tongue without water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
