Im Rucksack sollte immer ein wenig Platz für eine Notfall-Apotheke reserviert sein. Ein kleines Erste-Hilfe-Set bildet die Grundausstattung, um kleine Wunden und Verletzungen zu versorgen. Hinzu kommt Desinfektionsmittel, eine Wund- und Heilsalbe sowie ein Dreieckstuch, das auch als Sonnenschutz dienen kann. Je nach Witterung sollte auch ein Sonnen- und Insektenschutz eingepackt werden.

Damit das Outdoor-Vergnügen nicht durch eine schmerzhafte Blase am Fuß gestört wird, packt man am besten noch Blasenpflaster ein und pflegt die Füße mit einer Creme mit Harnstoff oder Hirschtalg. Damit erst gar keine Blase entsteht, sollten die Socken und Schuhe genau passen.

Vergessen Sie nicht, ausreichend Flüssigkeit mitzunehmen. Wasser oder verdünnter Apfelsaft sind unterwegs gute Durstlöscher. Für einen kurzen Energieschub sind untertags Magnesium-Direktsticks empfehlenswert. Man kann sie ohne Wasser einnehmen.
