Omega-3 fatty acids plus vitamins
Omega-3 fatty acids, alongside vitamins and minerals, form part of a balanced and healthy diet. Cold-water fish in particular, such as salmon and tuna, as well as shellfish, are rich in omega-3 fatty acids.
Depending on their chemical structure, fats can generally be divided into saturated, monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fatty acids. Polyunsaturated omega-3 fatty acids are considered particularly valuable – above all eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA). The problem is that more and more people often do not like fish at all, or at least do not eat it several times a week.
Doppelherz’s liquid dietary supplement contains not only the important omega-3 fatty acids but also vitamins A, B, C, D and E. As our bodies are unable to produce vitamins themselves, we must consume them daily through a balanced and healthy diet.

Directions for use
- Children aged 4–7 years should take 15 ml (1/2 measuring cup) daily. Children aged 7 and over, teenagers and adults should take 30 ml (1 measuring cup) daily.
- A measuring cup is included in the pack.
- Notes: Shake well before use! Store in a dry place at a temperature not exceeding 25 °C. Once opened, store in the fridge and use within 4 weeks. This food supplement is not suitable for children under 4 years of age.
