The raw materials used are subject to very extensive quality control. Special processing steps ensure that an oil of high purity is achieved. Only residue-controlled sea fish oil that meets our high quality standards is used in the production of OMEGA-3 LIQUID.

Omega-3 fatty acids plus vitamins

In addition to vitamins and minerals, omega-3 fatty acids are part of a proper and healthy diet. Cold-water fish in particular, such as salmon and tuna, as well as shellfish, are rich in omega-3 fatty acids.

Depending on their chemical structure, fats can generally be divided into saturated, monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fatty acids. The polyunsaturated omega-3 fatty acids are considered to be particularly valuable - especially eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA). The problem is that more and more people often do not like fish at all or at least do not eat fish several times a week.

The liquid food supplement from Doppelherz contains vitamins A, B, C, D and E as well as the important omega-3 fatty acids. As our body is not able to produce vitamins on its own, we need to consume them daily through a balanced and healthy diet.

Vitamin A contributes to the maintenance of normal visual function.
Vitamin D plays a role in the utilisation of calcium and, like vitamin C, supports the normal function of the immune system.
Vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
All the B vitamins contained fulfil tasks in normal energy metabolism. Pantothenic acid contributes to normal mental performance, the other B vitamins contribute to the normal function of the nervous system.
Vitamin B12 also contributes to normal haematopoiesis. Vitamin B2 contributes to the normal maintenance of red blood cells.
The all-round talent vitamin C plays a role in the normal function of the immune system and contributes to normal collagen formation and thus to the normal function of bones. Vitamin C also increases the absorption of iron.

Directions for use

Children aged 4 - 7 years take 15 ml (1/2 measuring cup) daily. Children aged 7 and over, adolescents and adults take 30 ml (1 measuring cup) daily.
One measuring cup is included in the pack.
Notes: Shake well before use! Store in a dry place and not above 25 °C. Once opened, store in the refrigerator and use within 4 weeks. The food supplement is not suitable for children under 4 years of age.
