- It is advisable to follow a light diet that focuses on compensating for any loss of fluids and salt.
- Beverages should be high in potassium, salt and sugar.
- Foods containing pectin bind liquid and toxins from some diarrhoea bacteria, e.g. grated apple, carrot soup and mashed banana.
- Avoid greasy food, spicy fried food or food with strong flavours.
- Make sure you drink enough fluids, for example non-carbonated drinks or different types of tea.
Dosage form
How to use
- Shake well before use. The product can be taken immediately or stirred into a glass of water or other liquid (juice, yoghurt). Once the stick has been opened, the product must be taken in one application. Leftover suspension cannot be taken later in the day. It is recommended to take Double Heart With Diarrhoea between meals.
- Adults: 1 stick three times a day.
- Children: 6-12 years 1 stick two to three times a day.
