IMMEDIATE-RELEASE PHASE:
- The immediate-release phase delivers 200 mg of magnesium, including 50 mg of citrate, combined with 2.5 mg of vitamin B6
DEPOT PHASE:
- The sustained-release phase provides 200 mg of magnesium together with 2.5 mg of vitamin B6
This tablet is an interesting solution for anyone who values a continuous supply of magnesium – for example, overnight, on long car journeys or during prolonged physical activity.
Magnesium – for relaxed muscles
- The mineral magnesium is essential for life, but cannot be produced by the body itself. Furthermore, the body can only store it to a limited extent.
- An unbalanced diet characterised by frequent fast-food meals, low in wholegrains and vegetables, has a negative impact on magnesium intake.
- Good sources of magnesium include, for example, wholegrain cereal products, pulses, many types of vegetables, as well as liver, poultry and fish.
- Intense physical exertion at work or during sport can lead to increased sweat loss and thus also to an increased need for magnesium.

400 mg magnesium (200 mg magnesium each in the immediate-release and sustained-release phases)
- Magnesium contributes to normal nerve and muscle function

5 mg of vitamin B6 in the immediate-release and sustained-release phases
- Vitamin B6 contributes to normal protein and glycogen metabolism
- Promotes the uptake of magnesium into the cells

Directions for use
- Take 1/2–1 tablet daily with a meal, with sufficient liquid, without chewing.
- If you have an increased need for magnesium, e.g. due to heavy physical exertion combined with a magnesium-deficient diet, take 1 tablet daily. If you simply have an unbalanced diet, take 1/2 tablet.
- Notes: Not suitable for children and adolescents, pregnant and breastfeeding women, or people with impaired kidney function. Doses exceeding 250 mg of magnesium may have a laxative effect in sensitive individuals.
