- A specially developed manufacturing process produces a new type of two-layer tablet that gradually releases the magnesium into the body. And all this with just one tablet a day!
- The direct phase provides 200 mg magnesium with a citrate content of 50 mg in combination with 2.5 mg vitamin B6
- The depot phase provides 200 mg magnesium together with 2.5 mg vitamin B6
- The mineral magnesium is essential for life, but cannot be produced by the body itself. It can also only be stored to a limited extent.
- A one-sided, unbalanced diet characterised by frequent fast food meals and a lack of wholemeal products and vegetables has an unfavourable effect on the magnesium supply.
- Good sources of magnesium include wholemeal cereal products, pulses, many types of vegetables as well as liver, poultry and fish.
- Heavy physical exertion at work or during sport can lead to increased sweat loss and thus also to an increased magnesium requirement.

Dosage form
Directions
- Take 1/2-1 tablet daily unchewed with a meal and sufficient liquid.
- If there is an increased need for magnesium, e.g. due to heavy physical exertion in combination with a magnesium-poor diet, take 1 tablet daily. If only an unbalanced diet is present, take 1/2 tablet.
- Note: Not suitable for children and adolescents, pregnant and breastfeeding women and people with impaired kidney function. Amounts over 250 mg magnesium can have a laxative effect in sensitive people.
