Areas of application
Acute or chronic wounds and for the skin surrounding the wound:
- Diabetic ulcers
- Arterial and venous ulcers
- Decubital ulcers
- Postoperative secondary healing wounds
- Traumatic or surgical wounds (abrasions, incisions, lacerations)
- Burns and scalds (grade III: after surgical debridement)
- Epidermolysis bullosa
Suitable for hyperkeratotic skin conditions such as those that can occur in conjunction with lymphoedema.
Intended use
The monofilament fibre stick is used to absorb exudate, debris and skin keratoses during debridement of superficial, deep to surgically invasive wounds or wound cavities.

Application
- Tip: Debrisoft Lolly achieves very good results even in the case of severe keratotic, necrotic coatings if these are treated autolytically beforehand. The soft fibre side can be moistened with any standard wound irrigation solution in accordance with national guidelines.
- Notes: Product for debridement, does not remain on the wound. Can be used at every dressing change if required.
Ingredients
Composition: The head of the Debrisoft Lolly is made of monofilament polyester fibres and is stitched with a blue X-ray contrast thread made of polypropylene (contains barium sulphate and polyester). The inside of the head is coated with polyacrylate. The head is sewn with a polypropylene handle.
