The daily recommended iron intake according to the D-A-CH reference values is:

• For women and girls (aged 10 years and over) 15 mg (= 4 teaspoons of Eisenvit, 20 ml)
• For pregnant women 30 mg (= 8 teaspoons of Eisenvit, 40 ml)
• For breastfeeding women 20 mg (= 5 teaspoons of Eisenvit, 25 ml)
• Women after menopause 10 mg (= 3 teaspoons of Eisenvit, 15 ml)
• Men 10 mg (= 3 teaspoons of Eisenvit, 15 ml)
  

Instructions: Keep the opened bottle refrigerated and use within 30 days. 20 ml daily dose corresponds to 0.25 BE.

Special instructions: Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Store out of the reach of small children. Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied diet. A varied diet and a healthy lifestyle are important.
