Dr. Theiss Melatonin Sleep Drops Intensive combine melatonin and vitamin B6 with extracts of ashwagandha, valerian root and passion flower. Helps support^{falling asleep} more^quickly¹,^{sleeping through} the night better² and reducing tiredness the next^day³. No habituation effect.

¹ Melatonin helps to reduce the time it takes to fall asleep. The beneficial effect is achieved when 1 mg of melatonin is taken shortly before going to bed.^{2 Valerian}helps to maintain natural sleep.³ Vitamin B6 helps to reduce tiredness and fatigue.

Directions for use

To^reduce the time taken to fall^asleep¹, administer 0.5 ml of the drops (see mark on the pipette) directly into the mouth approximately 30 minutes before going to bed. This amount corresponds to 1.8 mg of melatonin. Shake the bottle before use. Can also be added to warm or cold liquids. Complete darkness in the bedroom is a factor that can positively influence sleep quality.
Notes: May have a laxative effect if taken in excessive amounts. We recommend that pregnant women, breastfeeding women, those taking the product long-term and those taking other medicines consult a doctor before use. Take only before going to bed and not before operating machinery or driving. Do not take with alcohol. Intended for adult consumption only. Not intended for children.

Ingredients: Stabiliser: glycerine; water; valerian root extract (17.1%); sweetener: xylitol; ashwagandha extract (4.3%); ethanol; passion flower extract (1.7 per cent); pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6); melatonin (0.3 per cent); flavouring (cherry); Preservative: potassium sorbate; acidifier: citric acid; sweeteners: acesulfame K, sodium saccharin; lemon oil; peppermint oil.
Composition per daily dose (0.5 ml) %NRV*: Melatonin 1.8 mg, Vitamin B6 1.4 mg (100 NRV*), Ashwagandha extract 20 mg, of which withanolides 0.5 mg, valerian root extract 100 mg, passion flower extract 10 mg. * Nutrient Reference Value (NRV) in accordance with the Food Information Regulation (Regulation (EU) No 1169/2011).
