K2nochenstark provides the nutrients calcium, vitamin D3 and vitamin K2, which play an important role in bone health.
Active ingredients
- Calcium is required for the maintenance of normal bones. Calcium from a plant source is used for K2nochenstark; it comes from fossilised marine red algae.
- Vitamin D contributes to the normal absorption and utilisation of calcium. It thus supports the maintenance of bones and teeth and is important for normal muscle function. The vitamin D3 used is obtained from lichen.
- Vitamin K also contributes to the maintenance of normal bones. Vitamin K2 is used in the form of menaquinone MK-7.

Directions
- Swallow one to two capsules a day unchewed with a little liquid during a meal.
- Note: Due to its vitamin K2 content, K2nochenstark should not be taken if you are taking anticoagulant medication, or only after consulting your doctor.
Ingredients
Powder from fossilised red algae (Lithothamnium calcareum) 82.6 %, anti-caking agent magnesium salts of fatty acids and silicon dioxide, vitamin K2, vitamin D3. Capsule shell: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, colouring titanium dioxide.
