• Vitamin B12 is essential for performance and vitality. It is involved in energy metabolism and ensures, among other things, that the energy from food can be converted into the body's own energy. In Granergy Direkt, vitamin B12 is combined with other selected vitamins.
• Vitamin B12, B2, B6, niacin, pantothenic acid and folic acid contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Vitamins B12, B2, B6, niacin and pantothenic acid also support normal energy metabolism.
• Concentrates from the superfruits aronia and blackcurrant also make Granergy Direkt a flavour experience.

How to use

Once a day, ideally in the morning before breakfast, trickle the contents of a sachet into the mouth and let it melt in the mouth before swallowing.
