DOUXO® S3 PYO Mousse is an antiseptic mousse for dogs: cleans, disinfects, moisturises and strengthens the skin's ecosystem. Effective against bacteria and fungi.
Areas of application
Many situations can lead to the ecosystem of our animals' skin being attacked (e.g. by allergens, wounds, metabolic disorders, etc.). Pathogenic germs can take advantage of this, multiply excessively on the skin and trigger skin diseases.
DOUXO S3 PYO Mousse is not washed out after application and remains on the skin for particularly long contact with the ingredients. It has been specially developed to disinfect, soothe and strengthen skin with a bacterial and/or yeast imbalance using our carefully selected ingredients.
Properties
When the skin's ecosystem is out of balance (e.g. due to environmental factors or because your pet has a health problem), pathogenic germs such as bacteria or yeast can overgrow and cause skin problems. In this case, you should consult your vet who can diagnose the problem and recommend a suitable treatment. With our DOUXO S3 PYO Mousse you can disinfect your dog's skin to restore the balance of the skin microbiota.
- Antibacterial mousse with chlorhexidine for dogs: Bacteria live on the surface of your dog's skin, some of which take advantage of a weakening of the skin's ecosystem to multiply excessively and damage the skin. Our antibacterial DOUXO S3 PYO Mousse is clinically proven to help quickly and significantly reduce bacterial counts for healthy skin. Because the mousse is not washed out after application, the active ingredients remain on the skin and can therefore work optimally.
- Anti-fungal mousse for dogs: Just like bacteria, fungi, especially yeasts such as malassezia, also live on the surface of your four-legged friend's skin. If the skin barrier is disrupted, they can grow excessively and cause skin diseases. Our DOUXO S3 PYO Mousse has been proven to significantly reduce the number of yeasts on the skin within seven days.
- Moisturising mousse to strengthen the skin barrier: Frequent use of disinfectant skin care products can dry out the skin. The ingredients of our DOUXO S3 PYO Mousse have been coordinated in such a way that the skin is effectively disinfected and moisturised at the same time. It also strengthens the skin barrier, which protects your pet from negative external influences.

How to use
We recommend cleaning the skin of dirt, deposits and crusts at the start of treatment. DOUXO S3 PYO Mousse can be combined with DOUXO S3 PYO Shampoo for this purpose.
Instructions for use:
- Apply to dry, brushed coat. Apply one or two pumps to the hand and massage in deeply so that the foam reaches the skin. Repeat until the whole body is covered. The mousse should not get into the eyes or mouth. Do not rinse and leave to air dry. For more shine, brush the coat afterwards.
- For dogs weighing ≤ 6 kg 1 pump per kg body weight
- For dogs weighing > 6 kg 1 pump per 2 kg body weight
- Double the dosage for dogs with long or thick coats
Ingredients
Composition: Ophytrium, chlorhexidine (3%), panthenol, pentavitin, gentle cleansing agents and hypoallergenic scent of coconut and vanilla.
