DIKRO-FIT dental cement is ideal for temporarily fixing loose dental prostheses such as crowns, bridges, veneers, cast fillings or partial crowns, which are normally permanently fixed in the dentition.

DIKRO-FIT is a class 1 medical device, an adhesive cement based on zinc oxide and polyacrylic acid (a high molecular weight polymer of acrylic acid).

Note: If the loose denture is not re-fixed within 2-4 days, the opposing tooth will lack the counter-pressure - it will slowly begin to grow back. This changes the position of the teeth and the crown may have to be completely replaced.

How to use

DIKRO-FIT is a practical cement for temporarily fixing a loose dental prosthesis, such as a crown, bridge, veneer, cast filling or partial crown, which is normally permanently fixed in the dentition.

The following instructions for use must be strictly observed: Before use, thoroughly clean the teeth and the dentures that have fallen out. If necessary, remove dry old cement residues from the fitting surface of the denture with a needle.

1. Remove one capsule after opening the pack. Gently tap the capsule to collect the powder in the larger half of the capsule. Then pull the two halves of the capsule apart.
2. Allow about three drops of water from the tap to drip into the capsule half with the powder.
3. Close the capsule again quickly.
4. Hold the capsule between your thumb and middle finger and shake for three seconds. You can also use a toothpick to stir the mixture.
5. Open the capsule and apply the cement mixture to the fitting surface of the denture.
6. Reinsert the denture and close the denture. The denture should fit comfortably and not interfere with the adjacent teeth. If this is not the case, quickly remove the denture and repeat the cementing process.
7. After inserting the denture, keep the denture firmly closed for three minutes to allow the cement mixture to harden.
8. Finally, brush the teeth thoroughly to remove any excess or leaked cement.
9. Do not use for longer than 28 days.

Storage: Close tightly after use and store in a cool, dry place.
