Indications
- Nervous tension: Nervous tension refers to feelings of stress or tension caused by worries, anxiety or inner restlessness. It can manifest itself in various ways. Physically: You often feel tense, for example in the neck or shoulders. You may also find that your heart beats faster or your breathing quickens. Mentally: You find yourself thinking a lot or worrying, have difficulty relaxing and struggle to concentrate. Emotions: Nervous tension can also make you more irritable or restless.
- Nervous-related heart symptoms: Nervous-related heart symptoms, often in the form of heart palpitations or an unpleasant awareness of one’s heartbeat, are a common symptom experienced by many people. These symptoms are also known as palpitations. Palpitations are the sensation that the heart is beating faster, irregularly or particularly strongly. You can feel your heartbeat, often as a ‘thumping’ in the chest, throat or sometimes even in the abdominal area. If heart-related symptoms are persistent and become a major concern, it is certainly advisable to consult a doctor.
What is Corimia®?
Corimia® is a traditional herbal medicine whose active ingredient consists of the above-ground parts of the medicinal plant motherwort. The decision to use motherwort in Corimia® is based on comprehensive studies and the traditional use of this plant. The EMA (European Medicines Agency) has classified motherwort as effective and safe for use in cases of nervous tension and nervous heart symptoms (palpitations). Drawing on centuries of knowledge about motherwort, Corimia® offers an innovative treatment alternative for these conditions.
The traditional use of motherwort has so far shown no side effects or interactions with othermedicines¹. It is therefore considered safe and without risk, even when taken in combination with other medicines.
