Directions

Adults take 2 capsules daily, children 1 capsule in the morning and evening during or after a meal. The capsules can be chewed and sucked or consumed directly with a little liquid. To ensure that Concentrix® is also pleasant for children to take, the capsule contents can also be squeezed onto a spoon or added to a dish such as yoghurt.
