How to use

• To supplement your micronutrient requirements, adults should take 1-2 lozenges with a lemon-raspberry flavour daily. The recommended intake for children aged 4 years and over is 1 lozenge per day.
• Notes: Contains a source of phenylalanine May have a laxative effect if consumed in excess. If you are pregnant, consult your doctor before taking Centrum as this product contains vitamin A.
