Nutrients - for the preservation of vision
The composition of CentroVision® Lutein 15 mg has been carefully balanced from a nutritional point of view and offers valuable support in the supplementation of specific nutrients that contribute to visual acuity and the protection of cells from oxidative stress. Riboflavin and zinc contribute to the maintenance of vision. Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) - a component of omega-3 fatty acids - also contributes to the maintenance of vision. This positive effect occurs with a daily intake of 250 mg DHA. Taking CentroVision® Lutein 15 mg - together with a balanced diet - helps to achieve this amount.
The macula - the yellow spot
The macula is visible as a small yellow spot (Latin: macula lutea) at the back and centre of the retina and has the highest density of photoreceptors. The typical yellow colouring in this tiny area is caused by the stored pigment, the carotenoids lutein and zeaxanthin.
Free radicals - stress for the cells
The release of free radicals can have many causes in our daily lives, such as an unbalanced diet, smoking and alcohol consumption, environmental pollution, stress or UV radiation. Free

Take 1 capsule daily, preferably with a meal, unchewed with plenty of liquid.
