Cedar oil from the Atlas cedar (Atlas cedar oil) is very popular because of its strengthening effects on body and soul. Both psychologically stabilising and physically supporting, it is often used in empirical medicine to support the natural defences and increase emotional well-being.

Application
- Aromatherapy: With just 1 - 2 drops per 10 m2 of room size, cedar oil fills the room with a pleasant woody-woody note.
- As a massage oil: to stimulate blood circulation: mix 10 drops with 50 ml carrier oil.
- As a bath additive: add 10 drops mixed with two teaspoons of honey to the bath water. Used regularly, this can improve the appearance of the skin.
- Note: Never use essential oils undiluted on the skin. Mix with a carrier oil (e.g. coconut, almond, jojoba oil) to avoid skin irritation. As a precaution, do not use on babies, small children, pregnant women and breastfeeding mothers.
