How to use
- Full bath: For a magnesium bath, add 2 cups of magnesium flakes to the bath water. Bathe 2-3 times a week for approx. 20-30 minutes.
- Foot bath: For a foot bath, use 3 heaped tablespoons per 4-5 litres of water.
- Full bath with pure natural essential oils: The natural Zechstein magnesium chloride acts as an emulsifier and combines the bath water with the oils. For a full bath, simply add 10-15 drops of essential oil, depending on your preference. A few splashes of almond oil or coconut oil also make the skin feel silky smooth.
