Directions for use
- Apply 5 to 20 sprays daily to your arms, legs and stomach. Gently massage the magnesium oil into the skin and leave it to absorb for at least 15–20 minutes. It can then be rinsed off if required.
- Tip: Once the magnesium oil has dried, a thin layer of salt may remain on the skin; this can be rinsed off after about 20 minutes.
