Caniviton® Protect supports joint function from an early age, e.g. in active pets. It is safe for long-term use. These tasty chewable tablets containing glucosamine, chondroitin and manganese support cartilage function in all circumstances. They are free from animal proteins and grains, making them particularly suitable for pets with food allergies.

Supports a healthy musculoskeletal system

The musculoskeletal system is under particularly heavy strain in fast-growing puppies and active dogs. However, even very active dogs – for example, those involved in dog sports – face an increased risk of joint injuries, which, in the worst case, can lead to joint damage later in life. The joints should therefore be given the best possible care.

Caniviton® Protect helps to support the joints and cartilage of dogs and cats by providing the essential components chondroitin sulphate (for cartilage elasticity), glucosamine (for the formation of cartilage, tendons and ligaments) and manganese (for the growth of bones, cartilage and connective tissue). The tasty, chicken-flavoured chewable tablets can be given as a treat or simply mixed in with their food.

Directions for use

Feedingguide:

Dogs: 1 tablet per 30 kg body weight per day.
Cats: 1/4 tablet per day.
Administer the tablets directly or mix them into the food in accordance with the feeding recommendations. Water should always be available.
Due to the legally stipulated maximum levels of trace elements in pet food, this supplementary feed must not be administered in quantities exceeding 5 tablets per dog (30 kg body weight) per day or 1 tablet per cat (4 kg body weight) per day.

Ingredients

Composition: Glucosamine, chondroitin sulphate, yeast, products of plant origin, magnesium salts, organic acids C 16–18.
Composition per 1 tablet (2.2 g): glucosamine 500 mg, chondroitin sulphate 400 mg.
Analytical constituents: Crude fibre 31%, crude protein 15.5%, crude ash 3.6%, crude oils and fats 0.5%.
Additives/kg: Trace elements: Manganese (manganese(II) sulphate, monohydrate) (3b503) 4350 mg; binding agents, anti-caking agents and coagulants: Colloidal silicon dioxide (E 551b) 5 g; emulsifiers, stabilisers, thickeners and gelling agents: microcrystalline cellulose (E 460) 406 g.
