To support joint function and cartilage regeneration for dogs and cats. A supplementary food ideal for people with food allergies, with chondroitin sulphate, devil's claw and the added bonus of glucosamine.

Just like us humans, our dogs and cats also have to reckon with typical signs of ageing and illnesses in the course of their lives. Age-related degradation processes as well as natural wear and tear and injuries from the past can cause problems in old age. Caniviton® Forte Plus is the ideal supplementary food for allergy sufferers to support natural joint function. The tasty chewable tablets not only support cartilage regeneration, but are also grain-free, free from animal proteins and therefore easily tolerated.

With glucosamine & chondroitin sulphate

Caniviton® Forte Plus contains the important natural cartilage component chondroitin sulphate, which, with its ability to bind large amounts of water, is responsible for the elasticity of the cartilage and thus keeps joints flexible. It also contains glucosamine, a basic building block that provides the glycosaminoglycans essential for the formation of cartilage, tendons and ligaments.

Devil's claw, which is also included, is said to have anti-inflammatory and pain-relieving effects, while manganese supports the growth of bones, cartilage and connective tissue. Due to its composition and the characteristics of the individual ingredients, Caniviton® Forte Plus is also a good accompaniment to classic osteoarthritis therapy.

How to use

Caniviton Forte Plus supports natural joint function. Give once a day directly or with food according to the following feeding recommendation. Water should always be available. Due to the legally stipulated maximum amounts of trace elements in feed, this feed supplement may only be fed up to a maximum of 5 tablets/dog (30kg bw) / day or 1 tablet/cat (4kg bw) / day.

Feeding recommendation:

1x daily directly or with food.
Dogs < 30 kg 1 tablet/day
Dogs 30-60 kg 1 1/2 tablets/day
Dogs > 60 kg 2 tablets/day
Cats ¼ tablet/day
During the first 4-6 weeks, the above amount can be doubled for dogs.

Ingredients

Composition: glucosamine, chondroitin sulphate, polyethylene glycol, magnesium salts, organic acids C 16-18.
Composition per 1 tablet (2.2 g): Glucosamine 500mg, chondroitin sulphate 400mg, harpagophytum procumbens 150mg.
Analytical constituents: Crude fibre 25.2%, crude protein 15.0%, crude ash 4.0%, moisture 4.6%, crude fat 0.82%.
Additives/kg: Trace elements: Manganese (manganese(II) sulphate, monohydrate) (3b503) 4522mg, binders, anti-caking agents and coagulants: colloidal silicon dioxide (E 551b) 4500 mg; emulsifiers, stabilisers, thickeners and gelling agents: microcrystalline cellulose (E460) 338000 mg, flavourings: devil's claw (Harpagophytum procumbens) 68200 mg and flavouring mixture.
