Biotin contributes to the maintenance of hair and zinc supports the maintenance of nails. Folate/folic acid has an important function in cell division. Ideally, it should be taken over a period of at least 3 months.

Starke Nägel und volles Haar
Tolles Produkt, nach 3-Monate habe ich direkt gemerkt, dass sich mein Haarvolumen mehr geworden ist und meine Nägel nicht mehr brüchig waren.
