Biovolen® Active Algae Ointment is used to improve vein stability and prevent new veins from breaking out. The ointment is quickly absorbed, is non-greasy and leaves a long-lasting velvety feeling.
The main cause of spider veins
With increasing age, the stability of the veins decreases. This can lead to the walls of the veins breaking and new small veins appearing that penetrate through to the surface of the skin. These become visible and are known as spider veins. If left untreated, varicose veins can develop which are dangerous to health.
Algae as an active ingredient
A biotechnological process has enabled us to extract an active ingredient from algae that has the ability to stabilise the fibres around our veins and thus reduce spider veins.

How to use
- Apply daily to dry skin after cleansing. Use twice daily for best results. Additional skin care creams are not necessary.
- Areas of application: For use on spider veins. (Note: Spider veins can develop into varicose veins and pose a health risk)
