Bios Vitamin B3 100 mg capsules are a food supplement with vitamin B3 (nicotinamide). *Promotes energy, reduces fatigue and contributes to skin health.

Vitamin B3, also known as nicotinic acid or niacin, is found in many foods, but can also be produced by the body if you have a balanced diet. Vitamin B3 plays a role in protein, fat and carbohydrate metabolism and contributes to energy production. It also promotes the synthesis of certain messenger substances in the brain, which play an important role in the transmission of information from one nerve cell to another.

Vitamin B3 is also important for the regeneration of skin, nerves and muscles. Breastfeeding mothers, digestive disorders and alcohol abuse may have an increased need for vitamin B3. Supplementing with our capsules can therefore be useful in certain life situations.
