Bios BCAA capsules are a high-quality dietary supplement containing the branched-chain amino acids L-leucine, L-isoleucine and L-valine. These are essential amino acids and cannot be produced by the body itself.

The three essential amino acids L-leucine, L-isoleucine and L-valine belong to the branched-chain amino acids, the so-called BCAAs (Branched Chain Amino Acid). These are crucial for the synthesis of other amino acids and for building proteins. As, unlike all other amino acids, they are not metabolised in the liver but directly in the muscles, BCAAs are not only gentle on the liver but are also available directly on site, where they help to maintain and build muscle mass. After all, they are important components of the contractile proteins actin and myosin. BCAAs provide the necessary energy when the glucose reserves of the muscles are running low. At the same time, BCAAs inhibit the breakdown of muscle mass and reduce muscle soreness on the following days. These amino acids are therefore particularly interesting for high-performance athletes in the strength and endurance sector. The growth hormone somatotropin is also activated by BCAAs, which also has muscle-building properties. BCAA Bios capsules contain 240 mg L-leucine, 80 mg L-isoleucine and 80 mg L-valine of non-animal origin, obtained exclusively by fermentation or protein hydrolysis.

Directions
Adults: take up to 3 x 1 capsule between meals with liquid. During exercise: take the daily ration divided before and immediately after training with sufficient liquid.
