When used consistently, Bepanthol® Scar Care Gel, in combination with the massage roller, can support the ongoing remodelling of scar tissue:

• Scars become paler and less red
• Hardened tissue becomes more supple and elastic

Ingredients and mechanism of action of Bepanthol® Scar Care Gel

Bepanthol® Scar Care Gel with massage roller helps to improve the appearance of scars through three components:

• High-quality silicone forms a thin protective film on the skin’s surface, which protects newly formed skin and prevents it from drying out.
• The active ingredient panthenol also binds water and supports the skin’s moisture balance.
• The massage roller helps break down excess collagen fibres. This reduces excessive scarring and keeps the tissue supple.

Bepanthol® Scar Care Gel contains no colourings, fragrances or preservatives and is therefore particularly well-tolerated by sensitive skin.

Directions for use

How should Bepanthol® Scar Care Gel be used?

• Bepanthol® Scar Care Gel should only be used once the wound has completely healed. Apply Bepanthol® Scar Care Gel twice daily (e.g. in the morning and in the evening). Bepanthol® Scar Care Gel is suitable for adults and children.
• Up to 1 month after the wound has closed: Use only the scar gel. Apply the scar gel to form a thin film. Then allow the gel to dry for a few minutes.
• From 1 month after the wound has closed: Bepanthol® Scar Care Gel comes with a massage roller. Gently massage the scar (using only light pressure) with the massage roller. Then apply the scar gel to form a thin film. Allow the gel to dry for a few minutes.
• Notes: Bepanthol® Scar Care Gel should be used for a period of at least two months. Reapply the gel after bathing, showering or vigorous exercise.
