Bach Original Bach Flower Essence Cherry Plum 06 - Cherry Plum drops contain 0.2% Original Bach® Flower Essence Cherry Plum.
The cherry plum originates from Eastern Europe. It is a mostly shrub-like tree that grows to a maximum height of 13 metres. It is also often planted as a hedge. The leaf shape is oval and jagged. The flowers are white and 5-petalled. The flowering period begins in February. The fruits are on a long stalk.

How to use
The drops should be taken regularly. The dosage is individual and should be preceded by a detailed consultation with a trained flower counsellor. The basic dosage is 3 times 5 drops daily over a period of 3 to 4 weeks. Of course, the essences can also be used externally. They are ideal for adding to ointments or lotions, but can also be mixed directly into bath water.
