- In the 1930s, the Englishman Edward Bach defined 38 basic emotional states and developed flower essences to correspond with them. These are known as the original Bach® flowers. He used the flowers of wild plants and trees as well as rock water to produce them. The original Bach® flowers can help us to face the emotional challenges of daily life. You can use the original Bach® flowers individually or put together a Bach® flower mixture that is tailored to your particular emotional situation.
- Even today, most of the original Bach® flowers and plants are collected at the original sites in the Bach Centre's garden. The production of the original Bach® flower products still strictly follows the original instructions of Edward Bach.

How to use
- Recommended dosage: Add 2 drops to a glass of water and drink in sips or add 2 drops to a bottle of 30 ml still mineral water and take 4 drops several times a day.
- Important notes: Store in a dry place below 25°C. Best before - see on the packaging. Please observe the information on the packaging.
