Product information "BANO Arlberg Marmot Oil"

BANO Arlberg Marmot Oil is a pure marmot oil that has a soothing effect on muscles, joints and the musculoskeletal system.

Properties

  • Pure marmot oil
  • Naturally contains cortisone
  • Has a soothing effect on joints and musculoskeletal system

The effect of marmot oil in old home recipes has been valued for centuries, especially in the Alpine region. It has always been used to treat tension, lumbago and sore muscles, e.g. after strenuous exercise. In particular, it supports the joints and the entire musculoskeletal system.

Effect of marmot oil

The active ingredients contained in pure marmot oil include various fatty acids such as palmitic acid, oleic acid, linoleic acid, linolenic acid, vitamin E and (natural) corticosteroids. Applied after sport, hiking and physical exertion, it supports the rapid regeneration of the musculoskeletal system. Numerous masseurs and therapists use marmelin in their daily work. And what many people don't realise is that pure marmot oil can even be drunk - in this case it has a beneficial effect on the stomach and lungs.

How is marmot oil produced?

Marmot oil is rich in various fatty acids, vitamin E and natural corticosteroids. The use of marmot oil is a sensible utilisation of the hunted animals, which are released for shooting every year in late summer to curb overpopulation. The oil is extracted from the marmots' belly fat in a painstaking process. In Tyrol, this work is usually done by the hunters' wives, from whom we then buy the marmot oil at the beginning of winter.

Who is marmot oil particularly suitable for?

For anyone who likes to use a highly concentrated but natural product for their musculoskeletal system - be it due to problems caused by age, overloading, sport or poor posture. But Arlberg Marmot Oil can also be a blessing for knees and back after gardening.

What does marmot oil smell like?

Like any pure animal oil, marmot oil has a rather intense odour of its own. This is by no means a reduction in quality, but completely normal.
